Prophetic Leadership Self-Assessment

Are You Leading Like the Prophet ﷺ?

Why Should You Lead Like The Prophet?

Because Allah SWT says:

Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O humanity! I am Allah’s Messenger to you all. To Him ˹alone˺ belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him. He gives life and causes death.” So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the unlettered Prophet, who believes in Allah and His revelations. And follow him, so you may be ˹rightly˺ guided.

Qur’an 7:158

Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah you have an excellent example for whoever has hope in Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah often.

Qur’an 33:21

The Question Every Muslim Leader Must Answer

You believe Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is the perfect example for all of humanity—including leadership.

But here’s the truth most won’t tell you:

Most Muslim leaders don’t actually lead from a Tawhid-based paradigm.

We talk about following the Sunnah in prayer and fasting, but when it comes to leading our families, teams, organizations, and communities, we default to Western management theories, cultural traditions, or reactive patterns—not prophetic principles.

The result?

- Split identity: “Islamic” you vs. “professional” you
- Leadership disconnected from Allah’s guidance
- Following frameworks that weren’t built on Tawhid
- Unclear if you’re truly leading like the Prophet ﷺ

What if you could know exactly where you stand—and how to close the gap?
